Adback takes your right to data privacy seriously, and wants you to feel comfortable using our web site and services. We have provided this privacy policy to inform you of: i) our policies regarding the collection, use, transfer, disclosure and other data processing practices in relation to personal data whrn you access ot use our service; and ii) the choice you have associated with that data.

Adback offers this Privacy Policy to outline the methods we use to collect, use, transfer, store, secure and protect Personal Information on our adback.in website and services (site) and on the product and integrated services adback platform. It explains your rights to access and control your personal information. Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you a better experience with the adback platform.

Adback Platform

1. Collection and Use

The Adback Platform analyzes data in your databases on the basis of legitimate interest to fulfill our contractual commitments to you our customer. The Adback Platform acts as a Data Processor to you, our customer, as the Data Controller over your data.

The Adback Platform holds two types of Personal Information:

  • 1.1 Information about Adback users

    Information about Adback users includes:

    • End-user login/registration information (business email and password) for adback users about adback usage.
    • Login information is controlled by customers directly as it is entered on their adback instances and they can delete their users (i.e their employees) or external business users information at any time.
    • Job role information will be set from Admins only.
    • We retain basic user contact information to send product upadtes, relevant marketing, training, and events based on the users communication preferences.
  • 1.2 Customer data necessary to answer users' queries

    Once the Adback Platform is connected to a customer database, the adback cache retains data from the customer's database that is fetched in response to its users queries.

    Customer data is encrypted and stored for a maximum 30 days for dashboard and on selection of ROI the user can check past data as well.

    When you create an account or or your organization’s administrator, creates an account to use the Platform on your behalf, additional information about your use is created, which may collect and use the following information:

    • Device make, model and operating system
    • Unique identifier(s) allow us to monitor user experience.
    • License credentials to ensure that usage is in compliance with the customer's licensing terms. This information includes metadata about users, roles, database connections, server settings, features used, API usage, and Platform version. Information contained in your organization's Adback database used with the Platform, to which we have access when we automatically back it up and encrypt it for you.
    • Logins that use external directory or single sign-on services share with us certain information to authenticate your identity and pre-populate certain forms (e.g. user registration) on the Platform. Note that even if you subsequently stop using the services, we will retain the information you have shared with us, in accordance with this Privacy Policy

2. Retention and Deletion

Adback customers create and remain in control of your data and data about your users and user activities and reports. When you remove users from your Adback-connected database instance, their data will be removed from Adback's databases within 30 days and within 30 days they will no longer remain in Adback's cache. If you are a Adback user and wish to delete a Adback user's account data, please contact your Adback Administrator or internal compliance decision-maker for assistance. At the request of our customers, we have a process to permanently anonymize the data by data engineering. Adback Administrators may either self-serve or Contact Us to request assistance.

3. Access

The Adback Platform uses a read-only connection for its Users to access the minimum amount of data needed to answer questions and only returns the relevant result set.

4. Additional Use and Retention

Adback has a legitimate interest to further process your Personal Information collected by the Platform as follows, depending upon the nature of your Adback deployment:

  • To administer your Platform user accounts.
  • To enable your access and use of the Platform, and to enable you to communicate, collaborate, and share information with those you designate.
  • To enable Adback to verify the license(s) you've contracted with us to use the Platform.
  • To provide product enablement and licensing, customer service and support.
  • To enable your access and use of Platform Integration and Application services.
  • To monitor your user experience on the Platform.

5. Embedded by Adback

Adback is extended and customized, under contract, into third party workflows or applications, either within or external to the customer's organization. This allows customers to embed analytics into SaaS applications, and build custom applications, integrations or data visualizations.

6. The Adback Site

When you use the Site, use our Platform, or communicate with us (e.g. via email) you will provide, and Adback will collect certain information, some of which can be used to personally identify and/or locate you.

When you use the Site, create an account to use the Site, engage with our services, or otherwise communicate with us (e.g. via email or chat), Personal Information will be collected and may include:

  • Name
  • Business name and address
  • Business telephone number
  • Email address
  • IP-address and other online identifiers
  • Location Data
  • Any customer testimonial you have given us consent to share.
  • Information about the device you are using, comprising the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, network information, IP address, and/or Platform information when interacting with the Site.

7. Integration Data

When authorizing any of the integrations offered with the service, our code will have access to any data made available by the integrations API. If the integration requires a specific set of permission scopes to be authorized by the user, the API data accessed will also be limited to these scopes.

Data retrieved from certain integrations may be cached for a short period and may be stored on our servers to improve the deliverability of data with the service.The data obtained from integrations will only be used in the dashboard and reports that you and your users have access to. The data is not used internally or any place that you do not have access to.

8. Google APIs

Adback use of and transfers to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Security Authentication

When user logins to the Adback site by using his/her valid login credential then, they will get a one time password (OTP) on his/her registered email ID for a successful login and it is the second layer of security authentication. In case if the user lost the registered email ID then, he/she can contact Adback support team.

10. Security Of Data

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as Google AdWords and Google AdMob to offer our services. These services may collect information as governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Google Ads and Google AdMob to understand how they handle your data.

12. Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

Adback is a platform designed for app developers. By connecting Google AdWords and Google AdMob, Adback provides data on marketing spend and revenue generation, helping app publishers identify profitable apps within their portfolio.

13. Links To Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

14. Privacy Policy Changes

We may periodically update our Privacy Policy. Before the changes take effect, we will inform you through email and/or prominent notice on our Service, and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
